Together with the team, we grew LOKO 4x in 2024, and achieved a record of 4.5 minutes from payment to door delivery. I led the integration of the loyalty system "Vlasny Rakhunok" (1.9 million MAU), created the design strategy for 2025, and led the design process of LOKO & Glovo integration.

Previously, I was the design lead at Lalafo — a classifieds platform operating in 5 countries, with 3.9 million MAU (50% of the population) in Kyrgyzstan alone. Built design and research processes, created a loyalty system, and increased card payments by 23%. Launched Lalafo in Poland with a new business model, leading the JTBD research process, resulting in 35,000 MAU in the first year.

Additionally, I consulted Fedoriv Agency on loyalty system matters, interned in the innovation department at Metinvest, during which I worked with Microsoft Ukraine.
